Warranty - All of our products come with a full manufacturer's warranty of a minimum 12months against defects in manufacturing.
Harsh Environment Disclaimer - Due to the potential harsh environment our products may be exposed to our Warranty Against Defects does not cover surface rust, corrosion or neglect. We do not offer any guarantee or express warranty relating to corrosion, tarnishing or fabrics fading due to the harsh environment our products are likely to be used in. We want to provide our customers a wide choice of quality, some of our range is high end superyacht quality furniture and priced accordingly, alternatively others in our range are economic solutions. We welcome you to contact us to discuss the various options we have on offer to best find the right solution for your needs.

Exchanges, Returns & Refunds
Custom or Factory Direct Orders - Factory direct orders, custom orders or furniture manufactured to order are deemed as Final Sales and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
Other Returned Goods
All returned goods must be returned:
— In original condition and must not have been used or exposed to a marine/outdoor environment.
— With original tags and packaging where possible, in good condition.
— With a copy of your Order Number
We do not accept liability for returned goods lost in transit during freight.
We do not offer refunds due to freight being delayed - this is out of our direct control.
We do offer insurance for goods lost during transit until delivered to the place of delivery. We do not offer insurance for goods stolen or missing once delivered to the place of delivery, or if you provide us authority to leave.
Exchange for equivalent goods and backorders.
Depending on stock levels, suppliers, unsuitable lead times or other commercial factors we reserve the right to offer you an exchange of product for goods that are similar in nature and at the same or varied price, contingent on you agreeing to this prior. If you placed a backorder or pre-order with us we will not send you alternative or varied product unless you agree this resolution is satisfactory prior to the goods shipping. If you are not satisfied with this resolution, we will refund your order in full within 24hrs via the original payment method.
All pre-order, backorder or orders held prior to delivery of goods are refundable in full within 24hrs of you notifying us via email. This term does not apply to custom orders.
