Shipping & Delivery

We've worked hard at securing reliable freight networks while still ensuring your product pricing stays low and remains fair value.

$99 FLAT RATE shipping terms below:

*Metro Locations within Australia as defined by our freight providers

*Relates to goods that are in stock, does not apply to imported furniture, or high end custom furniture that requires specialist packing and handling

*Does not apply to large combo orders including tables (for example 4 chairs and 1 table). For combo orders we will contact with the actual freight cost and pass this cost to you less the $99 flat rate. If you do wish to proceed with the order, we will refund your order in full via the original payment method.

*Regional Areas or Non-Metro Locations: If you live in a remote or island location (sounds nice, shame the freight companies don't agree), or if your order is outside of our $99 inclusive fee for delivery we will notify you of this charge by email within 24hrs of your order. An invoice will be issued for the accurate freight charge which can be paid by EFT or Credit Card. If you do not wish to proceed with the order, we will refund in full within 24hrs.  

*Large Orders / Extra Bulky: Large orders (i.e. such as 4 chairs and 1 table) become a very bulky freight movement, if your order is outside of our $99 allowance for delivery we will notify you of this charge by email within 24hrs of your order. An invoice will be issued for the accurate freight charge which can be paid by EFT or Credit Card. If you do not wish to proceed with the order, we will refund in full within 24hrs. 

 

Delivery Methods and Services

Items will be delivered by either road express or air delivery. Delivery typically takes 4-14 business days days depending on your location and size of item, our typical delivery timeframe is within 7 days. Once an order is dispatched and in the posession of a freight company, we cannot make guarantees on delivery dates outside of the information provided to us by the freight company. 

Orders are delivered using our selected couriers, depending on your location, we aim to find the most efficient, reliable and secure methods for delivering your items as quickly as possible.

All items we send have tracking available via the nominated courier, if you require tracking details please contact us once your order has been marked as "Shipped" - you will receive an automated email when we dispatch your order, this may or may not have a tracking number attached.  

When will my item be shipped?

Most items we stock leave the warehouse or our supplier's warehouses within 48hrs of order.

Some furniture is made to order or is dispatched from factory upon order, these items are marked as "pre-order" or "factory direct" - we highly recommend you contact us prior to purchasing if you are on a tight delivery timeframe.

We also have special terms you need to be aware of when ordering custom, manufactured to order, or factory direct furniture.

The availability or ETA on stock will be displayed on the product page. In the unexpected instance there are delays in us recieving stock or there is an issue with online inventory tracking, we will notify you immedietly and inform a realistic ETA. We have excellent relationships with our manufacturers and suppliers who typically have containers arriving every 6-8 weeks, we will always endevour to get your product to you as quickly as possible.

Items marked as pre-order, are typically bespoke or manufactured to order.
